SBI Quick is the SBI missed call banking service facility provided to its customers for Free. Customers get their Account Balance or mini statement with a Missed call. SMS option is also available. The only criteria is that the mobile number should be registered with the bank.

Android, Windows, iOS or Blackberry phone users can download SBI Quick app from App Store.

Prerequisites for availing SBI Missed call Banking facility

If you are getting SMS from the bank, it means that your mobile number registered with the bank. If mobile number needs to change, go to the branch and get it done. Click here to get SBI mobile number registration form

One Time registration process for Missed call banking

For registration, send SMS ‘REG’Account Number’ to 09223488888.

SBI quick Registration

Thereafter you will receive a confirmation message indicating successful /unsuccessful de-registration(stadard SMS charge applicable).

After successful registration, you can start using SBI missed call facility. Registration is a one time process so don’t repeat it.

If the unsuccessful message received. Please check the format, Account number and mobile number and try again. Still, the problem persists please contact your Home Branch.

Give a missed call to toll-free mobile no 09223866666 or send an SMS ‘MSTMT’. SBI will send a mini statement with balance in return SMS. We recommended this because we get both balance and mini statement.

# Users can block the ATM Card linked to the registered account in case of loss/theft by sending text message on the format. A confirmation SMS alert is sent to the customer on acceptance of the request for blocking. The SMS will contain the ticket number, date and time of blocking.

The ATM Card can also be blocked by calling State Bank Contact Centre, by visiting any nearest State Bank Branch, or by logging on to OnlineSBI (only for personal segment customers).

    I was using SBI Quick for the couple of months smoothly for switching on/off my debit card before/after any online transaction, but on the 7th of March/18 I was told “Dear Customer, Invalid debit card no. Kindly use correct debit card no and send the message again” while I was trying to switch my debit card on after providing the last 4 digits of my debit card.Having failed time & again, I visited my home branch, SBI but they couldn’t detect the problem.On the same day, I lodged my grievance in the Page of SBI in Facebook by clicking “Grievance Registration”.They sent me an SMS & email indicating a Ticket Number & assured me to resolve the problem within 7(seven) days.This evening, I checked the status of my grievance & was told that they routed my grievance to my home branch.I don’t think, my home branch can resolve the problem as initially they couldn’t detect the problem, let alone resolving this.Now, I want to know whether I should de-register from SBI Quick once & on the next few hours, register again.Can it solve my problem?

      its better to de-register and Register. Grievance registration is only forwarding of complaint to branch.
